THE TWO CHILDREN AND THE
MAGIC HEALER
By Gabriela Hoyos and

Once upon a time
there was a very nice family, and the dad was called German, the mom was called
Ally, the sister was named Lindy, and her brother was named Lucas. One day their
father came home excited, Lindy and Lucas asked him why he was so happy. Dad
said “the day after tomorrow we are going to Germany, please get your stuff
ready, I'll call your mom and give her the great news.” The next day they went
to buy supplies for the trip. The following morning they were very excited. They
went to the Boston Airport and traveled. Lucas did not like the idea of
traveling to Germany for camping, he felt that something would go wrong, but
did not want to miss the opportunity of traveling to another country. After 10
hours of traveling, they finally arrived. A man was waiting for the family at Berlin
airport. Then he took the family to the camping site where they were going to
stay. They looked at the place; they thought that it looked kind of scary, but
they liked it. One tent was for the kids and another one was for their parents.
They had a really good impression of the camping site, they thought that it was
comfortable and it looked fun. At night after dinner they had to go to the tent
to sleep because they had a lot of activities the next day. The children heard some
weird sounds; the sounds came from their parents’ tent. They went there, but it
was too late; their parents had disappeared. Lindy started to cry a lot and
Lucas too; they felt that the trip was a trap. They searched for their parents
but they only found a magical healer. They start to care for the magical
healer; the healer taught them everything. They grew old and when they were 20
years old the healer told them that they had to go. The healer bought some
tickets to Boston. When they arrived there, they went to their home; Lucas kept
some keys, he opened the door and they found their parents.
Lindy and Lucas were
so surprised when their parents asked them: “Did you have fun with the healer?”
